Yasanne joined our CACTS family in May 2024, as the welcoming face of our front office. She enjoys greeting CACTS guests and has a heart for our wonderful clients and their families. Yasanne has a background working in education, as an assistant SLP, RTI teacher K-6th grade, served as vice president of a local school board, and was an IEP liaison.

Yasanne loves to serve in her community, having actively participated on the Women’s Club, Rotary Club, summer food program, Belleville AmeriCorps, as a former member of the Planning Commission, and by providing tutoring.

When not at CACTS, Yasanne spends time with her 3 adult children and is also an author, a poet, and a speaker at women’s events.

Education:

Yasanne has a Bachelor’s of Arts in English Literature and Writing from McKendree University. Her future educational plans include pursuing a Master’s degree and licensing in social work. Yasanne is the author of a collection of poetry titled The Storm is Over Now. Her 2nd book, titled Fracture, will be released this August.
