Why do you onboard clients via the internet, email, and text messaging?
We understand that initiating therapy through online channels might seem impersonal, but it allows us to efficiently handle the large volume of inquiries we receive. The purpose of this intake process is to gather pertinent information needed to facilitate services in our office. Rest assured, once you're onboarded, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the details of challenges/treatment directly with your therapist. While most questions can be addressed on our FAQ's page, we're more than willing to coordinate a phone call if needed.

To ensure the best service for all our clients, we adhere to the following appointment and cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify us of any cancellations prior to 7:30 pm on the day before your appointment. While it's preferred to provide 24 hours' notice, we understand that circumstances may not always allow for this. Clients who cancel with less than 1-day notice will be charged a late-cancellation fee of $50 (insurance does not cover this fee). We waive one late cancellation every three calendar months.
NoCall/No Show Policy:
Clients who do not call or show up for their appointments will be charged a no-show fee of $100 and will be removed from the schedule for all future appointments. To reschedule, clients must reach out to their therapists directly. Please note that we do not waive fees for no-call/no-show occurrences.
These policies are in place to ensure fairness and equal treatment for all our clients, without judgment or exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
If you have any further questions or concerns not addressed here, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office staff, who will be more than happy to assist you. Thank you for considering our therapy office for your child or adolescent's mental health needs.
