I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges, develop confidence, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. While I work with both boys and girls ages 10 and older, I have a particular passion for supporting teen girls as they explore identity, self-worth, emotional wellness, and personal growth.
My approach is warm, engaging, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while developing practical tools to manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience. I value authenticity and connection, and I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and challenged in ways that promote growth.
Whether a client is struggling with anxiety, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, or navigating the unique pressures of adolescence, my goal is to help them discover their strengths and move forward with greater confidence.

Therapy begins by identifying clear and meaningful goals that guide the treatment process. After approximately four to six sessions, I schedule a check-in to review progress, discuss any needed adjustments, and ensure therapy continues moving in a productive direction.
I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is helping clients develop skills they can use outside of session. As clients become more confident and independent in using these tools, I work collaboratively with families to prepare for the successful completion of therapy. I view termination as a positive milestone that reflects growth, increased confidence, and readiness to move forward.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to remain involved as appropriate and are always welcome to communicate questions or concerns through the secure client portal.

My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop confidence, and leave therapy with tools they can successfully apply in everyday life.
I bring a supportive, genuine, and encouraging presence to the therapy room. I enjoy helping clients recognize their strengths, develop emotional awareness, and gain confidence in themselves and their abilities. My style balances structure with flexibility, creating an environment where clients feel both safe and empowered to grow.
I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and teen girls who are navigating challenges related to identity, confidence, emotional growth, relationships, and self-discovery.
