Being an adolescent is tough. This is the beginning of body and hormone changes, increasing social expectations, managing responsibilities, building and maintaining relationships, having more awareness about the world around us, and comparing ourselves to social “norm” standards. Adolescents are surrounded by pressure – from parents, teachers, friends, peers, and extended family members.
