Rudy believes in meeting clients where they are—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Guided by his faith and a heart for service, Rudy integrates clinical expertise with a relational, person-centered approach to support individuals through life’s challenges.  

With a background in fitness as a former NASM-certified trainer, Rudy often uses interactive sports play and movement-based activities to help clients—especially youth and young adults—feel more comfortable opening up. He sees physical activity not just as a tool for stress relief but as a bridge to meaningful conversation and personal growth.  

Rudy works with individuals facing anxiety, motivation issues, life transitions, and more, blending evidence-based techniques with practical, real-world applications. He also has a passion for encouraging others through mentorship, coaching, and his work with track and field and basketball teams.  

Outside of the counseling room, Rudy enjoys anime, gaming, and coaching and finds peace playing basketball and connecting with God through prayer.
