Natalie began her career working with children and adolescents, ages 3-17 years old, in a psychiatric hospitalization setting. In this setting, she worked with clients who were experiencing mental health crises, often assisting to support symptoms of depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harming urges, aggression, and homicidal ideations.
