I believe that growth begins with self-awareness, curiosity, and a willingness to better understand ourselves and our experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, relationships, challenges, and personal strengths. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and value helping clients develop greater insight, resilience, and confidence as they navigate life's transitions and difficulties.
My professional background includes working with children and adolescents in case management settings, supporting youth in a transitional living program, and providing therapy services to college students and young adults in a university counseling setting. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping individuals navigate periods of change, emotional challenges, and personal growth.
I am particularly interested in supporting clients who are experiencing emotional dysregulation, trauma-related concerns, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and challenges often associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I also enjoy working with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and strive to provide an affirming and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel respected and understood.

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming for both clients and caregivers. I believe education, communication, and collaboration are essential to successful treatment. When working with children and adolescents, I strive to help parents and caregivers understand the therapeutic process, what to expect throughout treatment, and ways they can support growth outside of sessions.
My goal is to create a collaborative partnership that empowers families while maintaining an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and respected.

I place a strong emphasis on self-awareness and believe that greater understanding of ourselves can create opportunities for meaningful growth and lasting change. I enjoy helping clients identify patterns, strengthen emotional insight, and develop tools that support long-term well-being.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, exploring nature on long walks, and finding opportunities to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. I value balance, reflection, and continuous learning, both personally and professionally.
